Q: Will I have to pay a deposit?
A: Yes, we take a security deposit, the amount varies depending on what you are hiring, please ask for more details.
Q: How do I pay for my order?
A: We accept payment by cheque in advance, or cash (with bond) on delivery. Unfortunately due to being only a small business we don't accept credit card payments.
Q: How do I receive my order?
A Orders are delivered to one specific address for a small charge, in and around the Ambleside area, please enquire as to the specific cost. Delivery is anytime between 8am and 9 pm.
Q: How do you ensure the cleanliness of the equipment?
A: All equipment is thoroughly cleaned before each hire. We also clean and deoderise all equipment once collected. Equipment is to be returned to us in clean condition.
Q: How do I return the goods?

A We collect goods from a specified address and require a time for collection. Unfortunately, if no one is at the address when we call to collect, we may charge for any return visit.
Q: What is your policy on damage/breakage?
A: All damage/breakages are to be paid for. Your deposit will only be returned when the item has been checked, and confirmed to be in working order etc.
Q: Are your equipment insured against loss or damage?
A: We are unable to provide insurance against loss, theft or damage.
Q: Is there any assistance with assembling the equipment?
A: We are very happy to assemble the equipment for you, and also provide instruction for its use.
Q: How do I cancel my order?
A: At least 24 hours notice of cancellation is required. Orders cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will incur full costs.
